Set up as a U-shape boardroom. Feel free to rearrange but do replace (all furniture is mobile)

We're not a pricey hotel and so only provide free refreshments with our larger rooms - water, tea, coffee - enough to keep you going!
However, you're welcome to bring your own food and crockery and have the use of our kitchen facilities - all we ask is you leave everything as you found it, ready for the next user.

Free-to-Meet is located on Station Approach in Victoria at the geographic centre of Cornwall, and right on the A30.
This means your delegates' travel times are normally less than 30 minutes.
Parking is free and we even have our very own railway station! (Roche)
