Indiana Developments LLP was formed specifically to develop Station Approach in 2013, with a passion to provide quality work space in rural Cornwall and an independent spirit to ignore the naysayers who said it could never happen.

Having spent many years in plastics manufacturing Graham acquired Station Approach in 2003 and over the space of 10 years turned it from an abandoned factory site to a thriving modern business community employing hundreds of people.
Outside of work Graham enjoys genealogy, gymnastics and parkour.
Centre Manager
Originally employed by Graham in 2014, with her suggestion of creating an on-site coffee shop. Thus, Biscuit Coffee Shop was born and thrives to this day.
Today Anthea is Graham's eyes and ears on the ground and will put her hands to anything (almost!)
When she's not doing that she's loving DIY plus holidays, music and her cat, Meow Meow.

Station Approach Factory 1969, shortly after construction.
The factory was originally built to service large earth-moving equipment employed at the china clay pits nearby.
On the left is the former Penstraze Farm and at the bottom left is where Advent House and Beacon Place would emerge from in 2013. DPD would find a home in the field on the top-right in 2017 and our Self Storage site would be located on the cleared ground at the top in 2018.
In just under 12 months we turned a derelict and contaminated industrial waste land into two BREEAM 'Excellent' office buildings and opened up the rest of the 20 acre site for further employment space.
